Quality of Service

At Spic and Span Trash Can LLC., our cleaning techniques are the most effective and efficient in the industry and provide great results, however, trash cans that are extremely soiled with grease, oil, paint, epoxy, etc. may cause variable results. In extreme cases, some cans may take two or more cleanings to reach optimal cleanliness.

Customers are responsible for leaving cans out for cleaning. If cans are not left out for cleaning, customers will be serviced the following cycle, at which time we will spend additional time and effort to ensure your cans are clean.

Scheduling

We optimize our routes based on trash/cleaning days. When you sign up you will be added to the appropriate route. If you have a can cleaning emergency, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We do our best to oblige customers wishing to reschedule, but it isn’t always possible. Rescheduling more than 7 days prior to your scheduled cleaning day will give us the best chance to serve you properly. Service will take place the day trash is picked up (Monday through Friday). Same day service may be available, but is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule service if needed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Spic and Span Trash Can subscription at any time and we may cancel your Spic and Span Trash Can subscription at any time for any reason. If you cancel, your service will stop effective the day we are able to process your cancellation. If you cancel a subscription prior to paying and receiving your third service you will be considered a one time cleaning customer and be charged the difference between the current one time cleaning rate and what you have paid for your service to date.

Billing and Payment

All billing is done using a credit card that is stored on file. Automatic payment will be applied prior to service scheduling and completion. If you have any disputes or discrepancies please call immediately to get it resolved.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to not clean a can for any reason that we deem to be hazardous or a liability to our crew or our equipment. Common reasons for not providing cleaning service include, but are not limited to: cans filled with garbage or debris, inability to locate cans, damaged cans, and cans locked or secured in place. Cans with un-bagged pet waste will not be cleaned due to contamination of equipment and health hazard to can-cleaning technicians. If we do not clean a can, we will clean that can during your next scheduled service.

Missed Cleanings

Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may not be possible to clean your cans. In that case we will clean your can on the following week after your trash is collected. This can apply to holiday schedule changes, changes in the county collection routes, or road and environmental conditions. Occasionally our trucks are not operational due to weather, mechanical issues, etc., but we will make every effort to avoid service disruption. Should your service date be missed because trucks are not operational, monthly customers will have a service added to the end of their term; bi-monthly and quarterly customers will be rescheduled during the next cycle.

Right of Entry

You grant us the right to enter your property for the purpose of performing our services.

Damage

We are not responsible or liable for damage to your cans or your property unless the damage is caused by our negligence.
